I'd recommend Hendy Ford Horsham because Marcus Righton was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the experience. There was no hard sell although the Manager, Ali, was able to offer us a deal that we were happy with and proceeded with the car purchase on the day. All follow up contact and customer service from Hendy Horsham has been excellent. This dealership is a cut above others we have visited and I can highly recomnend

She gave me plenty of time to make my decision without making me feel rushed and explained all of the finance options clearly and thoroughly. She was patient, professional, and extremely helpful, which made the whole experience much more comfortable and reassuring.
It was a good experience will no pressure selling from Harry who was understanding of my specific needs and accommodating to my queries about the cars I was interested in
